Welcome to ND Resumes. My name is Jason McCann. I have Autism and ADHD.

I have 20+ year career in the technology and business world. I started as a technician and worked my way into a manager role and then through community college and a University Honors program, I was able to reach a Director level role. I have started this Non Profit (license pending) organization to help ND people with their resumes, school and career goals. I have tried to craft this webpage to be user friendly and offer you every option from a quick email message to a video chat. There is no charge. Click below to find out more on how I can help you. At the bottom of this page is a link to my Calendly as well. I do have a phone number listed, it’s a VOIP program and I have an app on my phone, easiest to respond to texts as I can’t always be available to answer.

Career Guidance

I believe that everyone should have a chance to have the job they want in life and that no diagnosis or disability, should stop someone from being able to achieve their goals. There are very few positions unachievable. Let’s talks about how you can get where you want to be.

Resource Guidance

I can offer everything from local resources to help finding a diagnosis, legal assistance, training, schools and jobs. I can also help with accommodations and ADA/EEOC topics. While I am not a lawyer I do have a degree in HR and am familiar with laws and processes and can point you in the right directions.
